Nice pizza just a shame that the delivery guys can never find my house, so easy to find and I always give directions and tonight the driver took 15 mins to find our house, 3 phone calls , one long rd and we even said what car was parked outside the house! Jesus hard work!

£36 on 2 pizzas witch no betta than the quid 1s from iceland wrong ice cream and Dr pepper ain't coke cola!!!! Won't b ordering again!!! #ripoff

What a ridiculous service! ordered food had to wait 1 hour 35 minutes and then we get a phone call off the delivery driver asking where we live because he didn’t know 8 minutes my boyfriend was on the phone trying to give directions aren’t they meant to be the driver?!then finally he’s delivers the food and when we opened the food both pizzas were burnt,the chicken strips were cold and the cookies were hard and burnt!Tried ringing them multiple times and no answer!

Well I never dominoes Wrexham what a load of shit tried to make an order using voucher and told can’t use it over phone when vouchers say order or collection all I can say is knob cheese on phone

Usually love getting pizza from Wrexham store!! Delivery was on time but the pizza was flat and tasted as if it had been cooked an hour ago!! Disappointing

The last few times we’ve ordered from dominos they’ve been leaving half our order behind! Last time we had a large pizza that we didn’t order but they’d forgotten some chicken wings and cookies that we’d ordered. Same thing this time we’ve had a garlic bread we didn’t order and no cookies. When we’ve tried to contact them they keep putting the phone down! Really not impressed!

Rang and rang none stop for about 15 minutes, no answer, couldn’t pay for my order online, went in to store, spoke to a girl on the desk and she said she had to take all the orders and sort the boxes and answer the phones while there were about 5-6 others stood doing nothing at the side of her, not the first time it’s happened

Ordered food, waited 1 1/2 hours, tried calling no less than 11 times, no answer. Leave the house to go to the shop, food turns up 5 mins later, return home to stone cold food. Diar service, crap food and expensive.

Ordered a deal from here which was the mega mix which consisted of a cheesy potatoes wedges, a large pizza and garlic pizza bread and chicken strips. Also followed by a small pizza, we then received our order from our delivery driver who was called Jordan. Everything we was there apart from the large pizza. I mentioned to the delivery driver who did not seem to have a clue what to do, she proceeded to insist that there was no large with the order which I was appalled at. She then checked to realise there was the large pizza missing, following she did not seem apologetic about one of the bits missing. She then informed me to ring up the store. Which I did straight after 8 calls for 20 minutes straight to no answer. To then have to walk to the store and correct the issue myself to receive no apology from the girl on till the order what was wanted. Furthermore when a supervisor came over to correct the mistake, I asked for my money to then receive no apology and was informed the payment will be given in 3-5 working days. Absolutely no customer service given at all, appalled at the entire experience I will not be ordering as this is not the first time it has happened will not be ordering will be taking my money elsewhere

I ordered vegetarian pizzas as I don't eat meat, and one arrived with chicken on it. Unfortunately I'd already taken a bite. Phoned up to complain but felt like I'd just been shrugged off. They've sent a replacement pizza but unfortunately I've been put off. Vegetarians, stay away from this place. Everything will be cross-contaminated with meat.

I made a order of chicken wings, I ordered the extra garlic dip which I love and was the whole point of me making the order. When the delivery arrived, the dip was not there. This is the second time on the bounce this has happened, the first I let it slide as it could be a mistake, now I feel like I'm being conned

Heard a lot about this branch of Doms, orders up the wall and they deliver to Penycae and up that way but not to Ruabon. Get a grip Dominos it's the next village down from Penycae and the next one along from Johnstown.

Been waiting nearly two hours for my pizza to be put in the oven it's half 8 now maybe I will get it by midnight

Always forget the dip and always forget the drinks, offer you a “free pizza next time you order” which never comes. What even is a dominos without the dip?

Absolutely terrible service.

Waited an hour and a half,phoned them up and told they made a mistake and placed the order for collection instead of delivery.

When we asked for our money back on our card,the lady told us can't you have it for free next time.

Think wrexham domino's needs to give it's head a wobble.

Not the first time we have had an issue with this branch either.

when we rang up to complain they weren’t interested and for £28 won’t be using them ever again
