Domino'S Pizza - Bridgend

Great pizzas but sometimes a long wait for your order, maybe because of the quality food.

how awful is it when you ring to order and they can't be asked to answer the phone even though they close at 2:45am and it not even 1am used to be the best place to order same goes for the one in Parc plaza

Food took 1.5 hours to arrive, pizza was lacking toppings, was stone cold. Forgot my dip and drink, promised they would return with them but have not shown up. Tried calling driver and also Dominoes in Bridgend, both no answer. Very hungry and cross on the night shift.

Helpful and polite staff, great service, reliable quality, fun for kids to watch pizzas being made. Always clean, usually parking available right outside. Always deals available.

Lovely staff in store and lovely delivery drivers. I very rarely get a poorly made pizza, 99% of the time theyre awesome.

To expencive amd tastes like any other

For the first time ever I've had a problem! Waited 2 hours for my order and upon phoning was told they could not find my order and then it was being remade, was offered a free side or dessert or drink as an apology but did not receive that either! Food arrived barely warm and slightly burnt looking in places....very poor tonight!

I have ordered many a pizza over the years and have never had any problems, I tend to order via the website and you get to see where your pizza is in the lines of point of prepping, checking, cooking and out for delivery. The delivery guys have all been happy and would check my order to make sure everything was handed over. I have popped into store when they had a good collection offer. I called in tonight, Christmas eve and was greeted by a happy young lady who took my order, checking each of the options if there was more than the one choice and then she explained I could order a few extra sides and then have the order for half price. Our original order was £26 so we ended up with plenty of extras for the same price.

we ordered three large pizzas, two of the pizzas tured up badly burnt. I called and was told the pizzas had been checked and was passed on to anther member of staff who was very rude and had no interest in what i had to say. I would not recommend dominos pizza bridgend to anyone poor service and very rude staff.

Terribly small car park on a busy road. Awful building and location. Stick to delivery if you absolutely must buy one of their exorbitantly priced pizzas.

Ordered two large pizzas and a large tub of garlic sauce for just over £20. The order was delivered with-in 20 minutes and was piping hot can not fault it at all. The website is easy to navigate and the value for money was brilliant almost £9 cheaper than pizza hut. 10/10 keep up the good work.
