Domino'S Pizza - Cardiff - Cathays

Absolutely awful branch, delivery was ordered at 1am its now close to 5am and hasn't arrived. I've been trying to ring them for nearly 3 hours and haven't been able to get intouch with them, it either rings off or just goes straight to an automated message saying no-one is available. I've never had issues with any of the other branches in Cardiff, but this one is complete trash, I will never be ordering from them again.

NEVER ORDER HERE!!! Bad customer service, they forgot a dip and never came back to deliver it, despite ringing up and stating it would arrive. We waited longer than it took for the order altogether and still no dip and the woman on the phone lied to us again.

Worst service I've ever had! They told me that they couldn't deliver because I was out of there area and when I checked google maps, they were only a 5 minute drive away. When I asked to speak to a manager then suddenly the phone went dead. Will be ringing up tomorrow or be going down there to speak to a manager about how poor the staff treated me.

Ordered fine, delivery really quick.... food well what can I say, wedges undercooked, chicken tasteless, dough balls so pale and very very unappetizing. Chicken strips and wings like rubber.. will I order again ? One word NO.

Brilliant customer service. Very polite staff and customer service all the time. Very pleased.

Worst dominos ever. Pizza was soggy as he'll and tasted horrible, cookies were just splurge all over the box and over an hour for delivery ordered at 11pm and it didn't arrive till gone 12. Not impressed

Surprisingly quick service when they seemed Really Busy. Pizzas were nice. And wings were well Cooked.

Nice pizza but expensive for what you get. Try and get a good deal (like two for tuesday)
