Domino'S Pizza - Cardiff - Rumney Hill

This branch is really dirty, and when you visit them you will know what I’m talking about.

Absolutely appalling service. Wrong items delivered which happens each time I order. Rand and spoke to manager Tom who basically said they have youngsters working there so it's too be expected. He offered refund and to collect food, no goodwill offered. It was basically a shut up or put up response from him. We order twice a week but will never return. Stay well away.

Standards are below what you'd expect for this chain! All too often orders are incorrect, missing items or delivered late!
Today my order was missing dips and a side! It was a simple order and part of a deal so no excuses to get it wrong! Delivery driver blamed the manager which is massively unprofessional and the offer of returning to deliver the missing items is not good enough!! Really poor service resulting in a disappointed 7 year old and a complete waste of money! Will be trying other take away pizza providers in future!

Thin crust pizza - well I'd say rock hard and burnt. Delivered with sides that weren't even warm. The pizza looked like it was thrown together half burnt. Absolutely vile. Spent alot of money ordering from Domino's but never again

Great Pizza's & I live their garlic bread. It's a shame it's so small in there as it can feel quite clostrphobic, if it gets busy (only about 5people) you have to wait outside as it's that small

foul pizza. there is no option to add extra cheese (and pay for it online), so I asked for extra cheese in the drivers comments. ended up with a pizza that had approximately a jar of sauce and 6 strands of cheese. as it'll probably be a franchise, this will explain why it's rubbish. avoid.
