Domino'S Pizza Chepstow

We no longer use Domino's anymore. We had a Wrong pizza delivered 3 times in the same evening. It wasn't the 1st time, but was definitely the last time. Will never use them Again.

Loved it, great tasting pizzas and plenty of communication about where the pizza is and when I is being made. Fresh dough, freshly cooked and plenty of options.

I have gone to dominoes many times but my last visit I was not impressed here as the food was not cooked well and the pizza wasnt even sliced properly, one slice was a quater of the size of pizza and another slice was tiny, its as if they just don't care they also do not deliver to the neighbouring town of caldicot.

Just paid £30 for 2 pizzas!!!!........ asked for double decadence but came extremely dry..... AGAIN. even asked for them to put a little extra in but told the husband no. £6 for extras , something we didn't receive. What a waste of money. Clearly carnt be bothered with customer satisfaction.

Over rated over priced... bought a £1.49 pepperoni pizza from lidl that took 15 min to cook that was nicer tbh.

I had a horrible experience with Domino's in Chepstow.

They delivered expensive raw pizzas and oily wedges potatoes with remains of previous food... I have pictures of this.

I made a complaint by email with pictures attached and a lady named Nicola Elder of this store was replied telling that everything was well cooked and meeting the good quality standards...and me and more 5 people are wrong!

Dear Mrs Nicola Elder,

I told you by a private email and now I tell in public:

Really!?

Me and more 5 people are wrong when we have tasted the undercooked pizzas and that terrible potatoes with remains of previous food!?

Your best quality food was all on the bin because if rubbish meets a great standard for you and you like to eat waste for dinner...i just have one word for you: enjoy!

What can you say it's a Domino's staff are good food is good too

Its not the best but also not the worst Domino's that I have had. Whilst I find it very overpriced and wonder why this one costs more than others in the area around Lyndey its the most convenient to drive to. The staff seem friendly and the pizza is well made in general. It probably could be warmer but its not bad. When you look for the deals you can grab a good one and that makes the pizza affordable. For us its a treat every now and then and basically because we like their special crust which you don't get from our local italian place.

Opening times are wrong, now I'm suppper hungry and upset.

When I rang the girl that picked up the call spoke to me In a patronising way, which led me to get even more upset.
