Domino'S Pizza - Newport - Chepstow Road

Good quality pizzas. I always ask that the store is generous with the toppings.

Waited over a hour then told Pizzas out for delivery, another 30 minutes later still no sign, called again still told out for delivery (can't imagine how poor quality they might be after this time) but told "don't worry if they're cold we'll re-make them for you", great the kids can eat pizza 3 hours after we ordered.

Won't ever order from them again, branch manager needs re-training (or perhaps a new job).

Upper management is all part of this stores issue, No respect for employees or customers. Significant other found shards of glass in her pizza.

Customer Service is absolutely shocking! Ordered online arrived on time, told that the pizza is still in the oven after asking staff if my order is there or not. they would walk away and not come back and tell me if my order was there. so then after waiting 45 minutes was told they have lost my order and then had to wait another 15 minutes. Dominoes I will not be coming back again EVER!! 😠

Have ordered from this Dominos for years, but lately they are really slacking on customer service!!

Ordered a pizza today and when I opened it up it looked like they had vomited on it when making it, looked discusting!! No presentation what so ever as the cheese and toppings had all slid to one side of the pizza!! Looked as if it had been thrown around!! And it took far longer to arrive than normal and I ordered at lunch time, not evening peak time!! Pizza was luke warm at best!! Very dissapointed!!

Had a free pizza voucher as a part of the "lucky street" promotion. Can't fault that, collected 15mins after I phoned the order through

Good food but you do have to wait a while and then have to ask for your order.
