Domino'S Pizza - Newport - Malpas Road

What does one expect form a Domino's pizza place?

Everything is standardised.

However, considering everything is supposed to be run on tight protocol, this place needs improvements. There was clouds and clouds of semolina on the floor and everywhere. Furthermore the staff member started to spray clean the work surfaces with food containers taking a full brunt of whatever he was spraying . Thus toppings are contaminated as is the sauce. They should have been covered and it's better not to spray indiscriminately.

Decent pizza, lame offers (apparently everyone wants large pizzas and stodgy potato wedges), and substandard service.
In addition, when the app says it's ready for collection what they actual mean is give us an extra 25 - 30 minutes before you can collect.

Great pizza! The woman at the counter took like 2 minutes to talk to us (she was 'busy') and it took around 15 minutes to cook, pretty fast if you ask me! Good service, friendly. Amazing pizza as well :)

I ordered a pizza at about 6:30 I waited an hour 30 mins no delivery as i was told chepstow and malpas are working in same store so it will take another 20 minutes...i waited it's now 11:43 pm and still no pizza ... and then i called 10 times they just woulnt answer the phones ...horibble customer service!!!!

First time order from that store. One of longest open pizza place in Newport. Pizza was great but forgot to add 1 ingredient

Great pizza all the time!

Ordered 4 times here and 4 times its been well below par. Rang and complained after my 3rd horrid experience ( 1 burnt pizza and 1 large pizza was delivered as a medium even though we paid for 2 large )

I'm writing this after a 4th and final time of ever using any dominos pizza. I can only presume the pizza we collected today was Malpas road standard - terribly thin, partially cut & over cooked. We will stick to Pizza Hut from now on I honestly believe Asda & Sainsbury offer better pizza than dominos. I'm annoyed I've had to even give them 1 star.

Excellent tasty pizza little bit on the side and a bit expensive but very nice
