Domino'S Pizza - Rhyl

Since moving to wales from London we have ordered from Rhyl dominos four times and every time the order has been incredibly wrong. The first time we contacted the store they promised to rectify the order and three times after when we called the store they refused to redeem the goodwill gesture.

This time they called to say they needed to change our order as they did not have in stock what we ordered. When it arrived they had added an extra pizza and charged us extra for it! Our order went from approximately £45 to £75! We called the store immediately and they advised us that because we had taken the order at the door they wouldn't rectify the order. (We weren't to know the order was incorrect without opening the boxes!) They refused to refund us and refused to pick up the extra pizza. The manager refused to come to the phone. I am NEVER ordering from dominos again and have advised everyone we know to use pizza hut instead. How many times can you mess up so badly and be so apathetic about it!?

I have all previous emails providing proof of Rhyl Dominos incompetence from previous orders. As well as the manager's admission of guilt! Absolutely disgraceful service and treatment!
