Appalling service , failed to return to fit doors properly despite emails and phone calls . Avoid like the plague. Would give zero stars if the system allowed

I read the previous ratings after we ordered our doors and was a little concerned, however all I can say is that the service we had was outstanding from start to finish. I found mike to be knowledgable and helpful. The doors we ordered were comparatively priced (less than other online companies) and the quality was excellent. They were delivered as promised.
I will be ordereing my next door from them.

Please take your money some where else this company do cowboy work and charge ridiculous prices for the awful work they do.

The doors are not fitted correctly. Doorswarehouse measured my Doors so they did all the measurements One door has totally fallen off the track on to my disabled nan when she opened the door after 3 weeks of being fitted.

The owner came out to my house and agreed they weren't right and said he'd sort them out but then he's decided to ignore all my calls because he's had my money he can't be bothered to fix his work... so I went to my credit card company.

It's taken me 3 months of opening a dispute with my credit card company, I've finally got all the money back under section 71 of consumer rights after having a specialist who came out to see what the problems were with the fitting and I had to pay to have them write an independent report so I could prove Doors Ware House are a joke of a company and their doors are not fit for purpose!

For another company To fix the disgraceful work of Doors WareHouse it would cost me £350 plus VAT!!! I paid £380 to Doors warehouse to do a good job they are absolutely disgraceful.

But rather than chasing this cowboy Barclays card won't be so I feel he has got away with it Scott free... and I strongly urge anyone who hasn't paid by credit card and is not happy with the cowboy service to take them to a small claims court which you can start online, he needs putting out of business asap!

The fitting of the door that fell off on my nan could have been a whole lot worse very lucky she is ok.

Doors Ware House you are complete liars, con artists and an absolute disgrace of a company and I'll be sharing my awful experience with you to all my friends and family absolutely despicable.

I have had nothing but a first class service , it is not company's fault if you measure your own doors incorrectly , I would 100% recommend, excellent quality of doors and very competitive prices
