Calling all fans of quality Ales & Beers. We are pleased to announce that The Dove at Prestatyn will be opening it's doors to the public for the 1st time at 5pm this Saturday 26th May.
On offer will be a Real Ales from our own MicroBrewery, Dovecote Brewery in Denbigh, along with an ever changing selection of the finest guest ales and craft beers from the fantastic small breweries of North Wales and further afield.
... The only rule is that the beers must be from small independent breweries and made by hand and not by machines in factories!

First new beer of 2018 is hitting the pumps this week at The Dove at Rhyl. Something a bit unusual in cask format, Vienna is a Marzen Festbier style dark lager, and packs a bit of a punch at 6.4% ABV.
Very limited edition, one off batch for this year. It will be featuring at The Dove at Rhyl over the coming weeks, and a small number of casks will be released to other fine alehouses on a 1st come 1st served basis.

So, Dovecote Brewery has been up and running for a few months now, and hopefully we're managing to gather a few fans along the way.
You will hopefully have heard that ALL our ales are Vegan friendly, as we do not use isinglass finings in bottles or casks.

We were particularly inspired by the purity, fuller flavour, and environmentally friendly aspects mentioned in the feature. Have to admit that we're not Vegan, or even Vegetarian......we are confirmed omnivores!!

Attention all Ale lovers. Newly released Dove Pale is now being delivered to pubs and ale houses around North East Wales and into Chester.
It's a very easy drinking 4.8% zesty Pale ale crafted with finest Maris Otter pale malt and Cascade hops. Look out for it now!

Hi everyone, its looking like November all be starting with a beer bang! Look out for us at the Mold Beer festival, the Cheshire beer festival and the Cross Foxes beer festival. All are either on or around November 8 to 10. See you there. X

Great news, beer lovers! Seeing as you all quaffed the 1st batch of Wood Pigeon in pretty short order, the next batch is on its way in the fermenting vessel.
