Paul specialises in the treatment of specialises in the treatment of depression, all anxiety and PTSD. He has provided CBT services to individuals who self refer, are referred by their GP or Healthcare Professional, or by a large number of national solicitors’ firms, The Welsh Assembly Government, The University Hospital of Wales and to large national and multi-national companies in the Travel Industry.

Paul trained at the prestigious Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, London working at the renowned National Behavioural Psychotherapy Unit, He has been helping people with a range of psychological / emotional problems for over 20 years. He has published over 100 books, book chapters and academic articles / research papers.

He is also a Medico-Legal expert witness and is cited as being an expert in many legal cases, including one of the top 50 UK human rights cases.
