3 of us went for dinner. Staff very friendly and efficient. 2 of us very much liked their food, 1 was disappointed with his tough and gristly rump steak.
A hotel with bar and restaurant set in a picturesque location. Service is friendly and efficient, food from the restaurant is good. There are live music acts that play here quite regularly.
Lovely hotel. Lots of character and very friendly staff. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Our only criticisms would be that the bed could have been a bit more comfortable and we stayed in an attic room with the sloping ceiling meaning restricted headroom. This also meant we only had a bath in the bathroom as there wasn't enough space for a shower. Overall great though and we would stay again.
Great location, Montgomery is the most picturesque small town in this part of Wales. Surrounded by green hills and with a castle on the top of one of them. Dragon Hotel offers the most friendly reception staff, decent size and cozy bedroom, super clean bathroom, great food in a restaurant downstairs and even greater local beer in a pub next to a restaurant. My experience in Dragon Hotel was just great! Amazing place! My recommendations for everyone!
The room was of a good standard, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the food of an excellent standard.
