Dragon Hotel

A beautiful hotel- we had a family room and it was huge. The adjoining restaurant is also amazing. Some real tasty food was had.

Might look a bit dated from the outside, but there is nothing to complain about inside, rooms have everything you need, the staff are helpful and friendly and there is even a complimentary gym and swimming pool.

Excellent customer service. clean and tidy room. Very quiet with all amenities within walking distance.

Really lovely hotel. Stayed in every hotel in and around Swansea and this is hands down the best.... food is good, drinks are reasonable and have a great choice, child friendly with a nice pool and gym. Staff are some of the most pleasant staff I've ever met in any customer facing business. In particular Ashley in the brasserie is an absolute credit to The Dragon. Staying in Swansea? Stay in the Dragon or you'll be disappointed.

Room was fine, reception staff friendly and the burger meal and pint deal at the bar for £10 was great. But, the gym was quite awful. A poor selection of old, poor quality equipment, some of which was rusted to the point of being dangerous to use. On top of that, the form on the wall where someone signs at different points during the day to ensure the place is safe and clean was filled out for all time slots by 8am... so yeah. A nice hotel in general, but don't stay for the gym!

Attended murder mystery event at venue. Great atmosphere and fun event. Would recommend

Only staying one night, I didn't get an opportunity to sample all of the hotels facilities. The room I had was very large and clean, bathroom was ample. The walls had a lot of scuff marks which could have been resolved by a new coat of paint. I would stay here again as the staff were pleasant enough.

Lots of space for parking which is free if you register ur number plare, spacious reception area. The receptionist was not very friendly which took me a back a little! The conference space was good n drinks provided were satisfactory.

No room, no bed, but parking fine of £100 in the hotel's parking place for searching other hotel online in Dragon's hall for a while. Dragon will suffer for this £1000. We drove hundreds of miles to this "hospitable" city. Never again, thanks.
