What a brilliant day with Rob the instructor. Made us feel at ease as it was all of our 1st time. Rob was patient and the added competitions added a a confidence edge to it!! Thoroughly recommend this activity

Went paintballing yesterday afternoon, if you are in the area and have some time to spare I highly recommend going, 16 of us in total and we all had an awesome time (even if we are a bit sore today)



One thing that aided this is none of the rounds had a one shot and you're out rule which has been the case in any other place I have been.



The staff were really helpful and a great laugh, big props to our marshal Gethin!

We took Colwyn Bay Rugby Club under 15's rugby team to Dragon Raiders for an end of season team building day recently. I was outstanding in absolutely every way.

From the start the place had real atmosphere of fun and anticipation with army lorries, camo nets wooden shelters and tree houses all wrapped up in a secluded leafy woodland. It was very easy to find too, we rolled right up to it in a coach without any difficulty at all.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very flexible, helping us get kitted out and geared up with minimum fuss and skilful at building up the excitement through the day.

Once on the battle field things were equally well orchestrated. The games were varied, well thought out and carefully explained. The range of games provided a mix of gung-ho challenges and stealthy, cerebral exercises which meant there was an equal chance for all to shine according to their size, shape and intellect.

The staff did a great job of maintaining a healthy level of competition and encouragement throughout the day which meant everyone went home with a big smile on their faces.

Everything was provided including gun, ammo belt, facemask and goggles, overalls and optional chest protector. I'd recommend taking a pair of gloves and a hat as the bullet do sting a little on bare flesh - but nothing unbearable.

With three adult and over 30 kids you would have expected it to be a long day keeping them in line but we never had nay problems. The kids were so captivated by the experience they didn't have time to muck around.

The lads all spent a few quid on additional bullets but these were at a very reasonable price compared to other places I've visited and there were bulk deals so well worth teaming up and buying a job lot between you.

A neat little 'tuck shop' style caravan provided hot and cold drink and snacks (and music) during breaks in the games and you can re-stock with bullets too - or smoke bombs and paint grenades for the 18s and over.

A big thank you to the team at Dragon Raiders for going the extra mile to make it an absolutely superb day out.

We booked our Segway experience over the phone a few days before with no problems.

We arrived 10mins before as advised and we were greeted by our instructor Rob.

The session started with a 10-15min safety explanation and training talk. To make sure we were safe, capable and confident using the segways.

This was not our first experience of segways, however both my partner and I felt we had a better understanding with this demonstration than previously.

We then started the course, which included different trails/ tracks through the woods. Each section testing our abilities and little competitions along the way.

We were fortunate as we only had to compete against each other as they weren't too busy today.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our session and Rob was a great instructor and made it really fun and entertaining.

We finished our morning off with a visit to a local ice cream shop - Cadwaladers in nearby Criccieth - this was recommended by Rob and well worth a visit, especially if you can get a window seat in the cafe.

Visited unexpectedly and I thought it was awesome as hell. I'm a naturally very uncoordinated person and very nervous, but the member of staff who was assisting my partner and I was chill as anything, which helped me get more comfortable & we had a great time. My partner and I are exceedingly impressed with how simple and how much bloody fun it was. We'll definitely be back and will probably bring a crowd. �

Took My daughter for her 11th birthday treat with 4 friends and my husband. Absolutely loved it on the segways. It was raining but didn’t bother anyone at all as they were having too much fun!! Caleb our instructor was fantastic and a fun time was had by all! Definitely recommend �

Three of us had this bought for us by our respective Wifes for Christmas. It was a brilliant action packed weekend. Great location, very well organised and fantastic staff who were very professional and knowledgeable. Special mention to John and Richard who looked after us for the 24 hr survival event. They were really approachable and their knowledge was second to none - really knew they stuff. Really learnt quite a bit - from building fires from scratch, building shelters and bashers to learning how to filet fish and butcher Rabbits.Would highly recommend it to men or women who would like to experience a survival situation. Spent the day with the family having a go at the Segway adventure. Once you got the hang of it, it was a great laugh. Gabe was an excellent instructor and made it allot of fun! Thoroughly recommend!

It does not surprise me that all reviews are 5 stars. I booked two children, 11 & 14 onto the segways. Upon arrival I (aged 38 and never been on a Segway) decided to have a go and I am so pleased I did and that they were happy and able to fit me in.

I enquired about Segways locally, these guys seemed the friendliest and the descriptions of the challenges set during the acitivity sounded exciting. The children and I were not disappointed.

Great family outing 14-53 year olds. Excellent easy to follow instructions from Caleb for those who were new to Segways and those of us who were rusty. Great trails through the woods and challenges to keep it competitive. Thoroughly recommend

First time on the segway today and i thoroughly enjoyed it. The segway was amazing and Gabriel was even more amazing, came here for my cousins hen do and Gabriel looked after all of us well. Cant praise him enough. He made our day especially mine - PHWOAR!!!!!

Fantastic hour in a muddy forest on the segways, Ben was a brilliant instructor, even though we were trying to make him let us go faster � only fell off twice.....cant recommend enough, well worth the money I'm sure we will be back, we want to beat his records �

Did the adult overnignt survival camp and it was amazing, i came back with so many new skills, an amazing experience and such a huge boost of confidence, energy and posititivy-and of course really muddy clothes!. Loved every second would so do it again had lovely and amazingly experienced instructors and met some really nice people! Thanks guys!!

Brilliant experience on the Segways! We were running late for our timeslot and they were very accommodating! Easy instructions and great instructors (Harry&Caleb). Would defo go again! Even when his Segway had a few problems, he still made and fun and ran along to keep the experience going! Thank you.

Booked on segways for first time ever on one and what a brilliant hour it was Ben the instructor has patience of a saint but after finally getting to grips with the segways I had the best time ever. Definitely recommend doing the segways if you want a challenge plus a good laugh at the same time

Amazing day for my sister's birthday surprise! Rob the instructor was much fun and ensured we all were confident on our segways before he took us on our adventure into the woods. We had such a fun time...would highly recommend...especially with the lovely Rob!

Absolutely fantastic first time experience on a Segway for my husband and daughter yesterday. Harry was fab with them, very patient & informative and provided a great experience for them while I was made very welcome while I waited for them & given fab recommendations of places to go & see which led to us enjoying a fab lunch in The Castle Inn! Would thoroughly recommend a visit here, thank you 😊

Had an amazing time there and the staff were great � we only had a group of six when we phoned the day before but were told we could join a few groups the next day, which resulted in about 25 of us playin wich was a great number! the game zones where really good and even had fun on a rainy, cold day! Women are provided with chest armour free of charge and the masks they provide are pretty good for not steaming up! My team took a few bullets to the face and were absolutely fine with our gear on! The only thing I could fault them on was not having a game where players could be eliminated or given a time penalty for getting shot - and there was also nowhere to buy any food during half time which I think would be a good idea as it’s quite strenuous. That being said it was brilliant still, and I’d definitely recommend this game!!

Great time suitable for all ages. Constructive criticism would be to make the tracks longer, not so much going round in circles. And some unsupervised time would have made it better. But great instructors and lovely sunshine made it a fabulous afternoon. Thanks 🙏
