Speedy and great service! Would defo recommend. Came within the hour after call and completely removed blockages getting my downstairs toilet working again ☺️. My tip is go straight to these guys if you've got any kind of problem with your drains or toilets and don't waste your time calling out a plumber as I did!!

I have used Drainrod on more than one occasion to free a troublesome drain and to empty a cesspit .
I find the guys helpful, knowledgable and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for this company.

Having been let down by a National Company I phoned Drainrod and explain my problem - a completely blocked and overflowing sewer system. the lads were here in less than an hour and a half. the job was messy and unpleasant but they were finished within about half an hour, and worked efficiently and pleasantly. Polite and helpful, I could not recommend this company strongly enough. they were also cheaper than the company i had gone to first. Well Done!

Great communication and quality, quick service

Called out to asses a non-flushing toilet. Not able to carry work on the spot which was needed but due to parts needed being elsewhere but able to get it back up and working until the next day where it was fixed fully
Will 100% be using Drainrod again if needed

May I on behalf of our Church Hall committee thank you most sincerely for your prompt response when we discovered the hall drainage was blocked.
You agreed to send a team out the following morning to investigate, however we were pleasantly surprised to receive your call to inform us the team were on the way and that only a couple of hours following my initial call.
On arrival the team, sorry but we didn't take their names, immediately got to work and diagnosed the cause of the blockage and they removed it and flushed the line out. I can assure you that the line was "well" blocked! The flushing out of the line was carried out very professionally with no seepage whatsoever apparent around the internal manhole within the hall. The team left the exterior and interior of the hall in a clean and tidy condition as if they hadn't attended! They were fantastic!
The committee are extremely grateful for your company efforts especially as we had a major event in the hall on the Friday and would have caused us major problems had it not been for your prompt response. Once again many thanks for your efforts and we will certainly recommend your company to others.
