Great homemade food in a great location

Nice old fashioned tea room with a great outdoor area which is protected from the elements and is dog friendly

We have been there twice now and absolutely love it! Staff are very friendly, food is brilliant and coffee is too. They cater for dogs too and ours were treated very well, they got a bowl of fresh water and a tub of biscuits. We will be visiting again this holiday and we will definitely visit next time we're here.

Cozy tea rooms, helpful and courteous staff and excellent food at very reasonable prices. Welsh breakfast plus two coffees for less than £10. Highly recommended.

Good food, excellent sticky toffee cake, and good coffee. They were happy to take in a wet dog,as well as 2 wet walkers even provided dog biscuits for him..we would definitely recommend this tea room.

Quaint place, very pleasant staff and excellent food at very reasonable prices. Bacon and brie toastie superb, came with small salad and a few chips too!

I always enjoy popping here for a great breakfast when I'm in Builth. It's always cooked perfectly and the service is great. It's worth asking for toast and black pudding if your having the Drovers breakfast.

Wasn't an experience at all really.

We stopped at the Drovers on a visit to Builth Wells and had a drinks and a snack. I had scrambled eggs on toast and it was the best I have had in many years, I wouldn't normally chose this as it is normally awful but this was certainly to be recommended.
