Wow! What an amazing place this is. Staff are amazing so friendly and welcoming! The decor is brilliant. I wish Cliff and Sarah all best on there new adventure. Where to start? Amazing Christmas decoration, especially the entrance and little bar! Must have taken an absolute age to do! Christmas menu was absolutely beautiful with a massive selection. We had a table for 12 and no-one had a bad word to say about either course! Anyone unsure about giving this place a go needs to give their head a wobble and go for it! Fantastic staff and nothing is too much. Well worth a visit. Thanks for a great night!

Went for a family meal for my uncle's birthday on a Saturday night and the food was lovely, lovely furnishings and an excellent quiz that we also went too will definately be visiting more often

Well what can I say !! It’s pleasure having the local back open always a warm welcome 😁 Cliff, Sarah and the staff have done a fantastic job!!! Finally got in for food the other night it was spot on couldn’t fault it 👍🏻 Recommend the mix grill will be a challenge to anyone that loves there meat

We parked are car and had a little stroll though the front doors. We were met with what I can only describe as a cross between a quaint country pub and a pub you would find in london,s Soho. Now, this is not a bad thing. The decor is very much a talking point. Right down to the full suit of armour. The restaurant it self has recently had a bit of a face lift. New tartan red chairs, wooden logs to give it that rustic feel. Gone have the 10s, if not 100s of red glass wear. Overall, a lovely atmosphere. Now down to the food. AMAZING, if I could afford to eat here everyday I would. I had meat balls to start. They were the tastyest meat balls I've every eaten. The tomato sauce they are served in was bloody lovely. I then has the roast lamb. The presentation was lovely, roast potatoes crispy, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower had that slight crunch when eaten. Gravy was excellent. It wasn't over powered by to much stock or seasoning. I would of preferred 2 thicker slices of lamb instead of 4 thinner slices of lamb but that is just my preference. Excellent meal all round. The waiting on staff were great too. One waitress was even entertaining a table with a couple of children on it. Make their parents meal out a little less stressful.

So my closing statement is, this public house is well worth the visit. Whether you're just going for a relaxing, quiet drink or if you're opting to partake in the lovely food. You well not be disappointed. Keep up the good work.

We had a party of 26 people for my Mum’s 50th birthday. Everyone loved the food and my Dad even wanted to buy the chef a beer for his Rump Steak! Both restaurant and bar staff were very attentive and couldn’t do more for us. Even in the days running up to the meal the management were great in helping organise - if you’re looking for a venue to hold a special do the Druids are great. Thank you for everything!

Was so pleased to find out the Druid had reopened, the menu had all the good pub favourites we all ask for with a good selection of deserts to choose from. The staff and service were excellent and I would have no hesitation of recommending the pub to my friends and family. I look forward to make a return visit in the not to distant future.

Very friendly, attentive service with a fabulous selection of real ales, marvellous wine and fantastic food. As this was the first visit for us we weren’t disappointed and will definitely be going back for another Bomber, a beef roast with a proper Yorkshire pud, mango sorbet and a cheeky slice of homemade lemon drizzle cake! This is our second visit here with our friends , last time we came was October and thought wow what a fantastic pub, this time however was like walking into a Christmas groto im usually bar humbug at Christmas but loved it so much, the food once again was out of this world I would travel from Manchester every weekend for that mushroom starter, we dined there sat night and then Sunday lunch our waiter we did not get his name was a real gem thank you, can't wait to come back again next year ��️��

Proper pub,friendly staff,good selection of Beers,Ale's and lager,the drinks are well priced ,service is excellent,Cliff and Sarah are excellent hosts.

If you are ever near to the pub drop in you'll be made to feel welcome.I would thoroughly recommend it.

Had an amazing meal and even though our table was for 15 the service was impeccable and the food was divine! I will definitely be eating here again in the future. First time I've eaten here (even though I only live down the road), the food was absolutely delicious!!!! I would definitely recommend it. The salted caramel cheesecake was literally heaven on a plate! I also love that Steve makes me cocktails even if they do finish me off �
