Obviously, we had to tell him NO!!!! Can't have him getting all high and mighty over ONE demo!!! What a cheek....

Warm and friendly welcome asking me if I wanted a hot brew. Made me feel really at home, and as if I'd known them for years. Really genuine people who just love to natter, listen to stories and don't put any pressure on you to buy anything.

Their stock is unbelievable - laid out really well to find your way around! I could've spent hours in there today.

Visited the shop on Christmas Eve. I am visiting family and needed some gear I can't get local in Spain. I was in drummers heaven they had everything I needed I was in Drummers heaven well done lad's I'm trying to get my daughter yo let me visit again tomorrow fingers crossed.

Lovely staff, an amazing range and well worth the trip to Wales to get the level of expertise they offered.

I've always heard about this place and today, just by chance, I was in close proximity. To my surprise, they were open, so I went in for a nose. I was soon greeted by the friendly staff who were happy to have me drop in for a nose. After a quick chat about the possible purchase of a venue house-kit, I was even offered a bottle of chilled water for my walk back to work (Cardiff bay). Treatment like this really adds value to a business! If you're serious about drumming then go to this place. Not only do they have a fantastic catalogue of gear, they're super friendly and happy to help.

No judgement, great service and I left feeling good about the place. Fast forward 24 months and I've moved out to the country and in to a house that happens to have a decent size garage. "What would you like for your 40th, James?" says the missus. "A drum kit!" says I! Back down the M4 to Drum Depot, a bash around on the kit I wanted and a deal as stuck there and then. Mark brought the kit to my house and set it up for me and could not have been more friendly. Great experience all-round and I look forward to dealing with the guys again in the near future. Bravo!

Great place to go friendly staff very helpful and a massive choice. Felt like a kid a sweet shop. Definitely the place to go for your kit �

First time to Drum Depot today. Only went in for some drum heads, I felt like Charlie the first time he went into the chocolate factory. So many goodies which I'm not able to buy at the moment. Great vibe and knowledge from staff, was even offered a cuppa for the road! Top shop, will be visiting again! :-)

Brett, Mark & Co. go out of their way to help you, and the level of stock is frighteningly awesome :-) I just recently bought my Mapex saturn V from them, as well as a Yamaha sensitive snare, and thanks to Brett's generosity, I even had an amazing deal on a set of Mapex armoury twin pedals!! 5*****!

Drum Depot sets the bar high and shows you that when a business is run well and done right you can still be competitive with the online market, as it is essential for musicians to try before they buy. They always have what i need, haven't let me down. Everyone who works there has tons of knowledge to offer as they are all experienced musicians with great connections to the trade which explains why thier drum clinics are always sold out with the likes of jo jo mayer, dave wreckl, benny grebb and the list goes on... can't get much better than Cardiff Drum Depot! Came in for ear plugs back in October 2017, very polite and friendly staff helped me with no fuss whatsoever. Having seen the number of drum kits and accessories within, I mentioned that I had always fancied playing drums but just never got around to it. I have now been back and forth nearly every week since, having lessons. I love this place and more so I love drumming, should have done it years ago!!!

Brilliant staff, brilliant stock, brilliant customer service. I've been to many drum stores over the years and I've never come across a store that has such good stock and staff that really do want to help you and give you what you really need. Will always recommend this store to anyone across Wales and the UK.
