This lady is truly amazing. I've only had my dog 2 and half weeks, she is a 3 year old rescue dog and is still a bit timid but she worked wonders with her. She was like a different dog when I picked her up. Would highly recommend!!!

Thank you Donna for a lovely groom on our Cavachon Roxy. Excellent, friendly, professional service. We had been let down last minute and Donna offered to groom Roxy the same day, can’t fault you. Roxy looks and smells lovely, especially with her polka dot neckerchief. Would highly recommend this groomer,Roxy is booked in again in a few weeks.

Our springer spaniel Max has been for a full groom with Donna at The Dog House twice now and we couldn't be happier. His cut has been exactly what we have asked for both times, he's always so happy going and coming from there and Donna is brilliant with him. Has never felt rushed like the bigger grooming chains.

Our 10 month old cocker-collie cross Bailey has just visited D'tails for his first trim & we were really impressed. Donna was very accommodating with appointments & trimmed Bailey exactly how we asked. He looked and smelled fab when we picked him up & very handsome in his bow tie. Wouldn't hesitate to use D'tails again & recommend to friends. Thanks!

My golden retriever charlie had his first groom at the dog house today and came out looking fantastic.. I was really impressed with the set up and charlie was right at home.. He'll definitely be coming again!

Just picked up our shih tzu Lottie,she looks so cute and fabulous her paws are so fluffy ,best cut we have had and very clean.

It was a recommendation from a friend that led us to choosing D'tails Pet Spa for our Teddy. Donna is a perfectionist who gives one to one attention to your dog. It was clear to us when we first met her that she would do her very best. We have been delighted with how she has worked on Teddy. He comes home beautifully groomed and smells absolutely gorgeous. Most importantly for us he comes home happy. We can't recommend Donna and D'tails Pet Spa highly enough.

I think donna is an angel with my dog poppy and has taught me a few things as well how to get the tiny little knots out. apart from that she can make poppy look a million dollars after having her to groom when she looked a raggedy ann before thank you so much donna for all your kindness and help over the last year and a half it has been now I think and I know poppy loves you and love from me Barbara xx

I can't rate D'tails highly enough.

Firstly, my dog Teddy has been having a groom at D'tails since he was a very young pup. I'm really glad Donna advised he had the puppy package so that he got used to the experience of a groom from a very early age. He has been a regular ever since and always comes back looking and smelling gorgeous. I always look forward to seeing him all suave in his little bow tie!

I also love that D'tails is an independent groomer. This was really important to me when choosing who to get Teddy groomed with because I get to talk to and be friends with the person who spends so much time with him. I know Teddy isn't treated like he's on a conveyor belt when he's with Donna and I'm assured he's in capable hands. He always gets a fuss is excited to come back for a pampering every time.

Bonus - when out on walks, Teddy is never short of compliments on his groom. D'tails definitely know what they're doing. High quality AND affordable which is the dream really.

I'd highly recommend getting your pooches pampered at D'tails, you really can't go wrong.

I brought my dogs to D'tails as soon as Donna started after having bad experience with previous groomers. The expression on my dogs says it all they are happy to run in without hesitation and are chilled out on collection. They come out looking and smelling amazing i love how Donna talks through what shes done and always checks im happy with the cut. My dogs love Donna and love coming to D'tails having one on one treatment, Donna always treats them as her own. I highly reccomend D'tails.

Fit Leo in for his first full groom and very short notice. I am so happy with how gorgeous he looks now. He is so much happier and cooler in this heat and she was so professional and attentive making sure he was calm and relaxed through the whole process. Really pleased

First trip with Milo our Cavapoo to The Dog House. Milo was very nervous at the beginning, due to a bad experience elsewhere and sensed what was going to happen, but Donna spent time and patience with Milo getting to know him and to settle him down to the new surroundings. Donna did a FANTASTIC job on Milo , First class. And when picking up Milo he looked gorgeous even the shampoo on him smelt lovely. Everyone stops me and says how lovely he is. . We saw Donna the next day and Milo went running to Donna wagging his tail and kissing her, so definitelt going back to The Dog House again soon. Thankyou. x

Donna made me feel comfortable leaving bailey there on the first visit and I knew he was in good hands! looking forward to regular appointments!
