Dt'S 1-2-1 Description

I have been studying Muay Thai since the age of 6 and have been fortunate enough to train with and under some of the best instructors in the art. It has since become something my whole family is involved with and enjoys immensely. My parents have been teaching for 20 years and continue to do so at toe2toe fitness in Holywell.

Rick Roufus is considered the best American “Full Contact” Kickboxer (karate ...kickboxing) of all time. In this fight, he faced Muay Thai legend Changpuek Kiatsongrit, one of the only Thais to compete abroad at a heavier weight (Changpuek was a natural welterweight but fought against heavyweights)... 🔹🔹🔹 Rick, with amazing karate / taekwondo style spin kicks, combined with very good boxing (was trained by Sugar Ray Leonard), overwhelmed Changpuek in the first round. The tradition in Muay thai is to start slow, and several bouts against top Thais have been won in this manner... 🔹🔹🔹 However, Changpuek’s heart pulled through. With a broken jaw, he went back the second round to prove a point for Muay Thai. For the rest of the fight, Roufus got kicked until he needed to be stretchered out. Regrann from @luke_healthstrengthfitness - Weight there a minute and read this ... 🤣 .... So first off weight isn’t the most important factor to consider. For most it’s very irrelevant. . I use it as a tool because I’m fairly lean, male, eat at roughly the same times each day, similar foods each day, I’m consistent with my training, cardio and daily steps and most importantly I DON’T react emotionally to the reading! . Anyway, this was my weight this morning pre and post coffee. The reason I done this is to show that yes ‘just a coffee’ can make a difference to your weight which is why it’s important NOT to take the reading emotionally. . Most people don’t function 100% in the morning due to tiredness, getting ready for a job they hate and just don’t want to leave their bed so thinking whether you’ve weighed before or after coffee and keeping the same weigh in routine each morning may be a little too much, which is ok! . Wanted to just show you that weight has very odd fluctuations even after just a drink so please don’t take it emotionally! . Another thing, daily vs weekly vs monthly weigh ins. . Spending on who you are, your goal and how you handle seeing the reading, I recommend daily if you are like me (from above in the text), if not, weigh monthly. .
