First class shoe repairs

Needed my Altbergs resoled and made enquiries via Google to assist with any local shoe repairers. Google took me straight to DURBANS where I spoke with Dewi. I have to be honest, I received 1st class customer service from start to finish. My boots were returned as per date stated by Dewi and the quality of the new sole and workmanship is excellent. Plus i was well happy with the cost.
I would highly recommend DURBANS to anyone wanting their ALTBERGS resoled.

The dog had chewed the back and tongue of one of my partner's expensive walking boots. He thought they would be unrepairable, but I took them to Durban's, who said "No problem". We weren't disappointed! The repair was superb, a really skillful piece of workmanship. The leather used was an excellent match. I cannot recommend Durban's highly enough. Not just your run of the mill shoe repairers.

One of my favourite navy high heels was chewed by my new springer spaniel pup :O! The back of the heel and the actual shoe looked beyond repair, but I thought I would ask in Durban's before I binned them - good job! I can't believe what they were able to do!! They now look like a new pair of shoes! I am so thrilled I have got my favourite shoes back.. A miracle for sure...thanks very much :D

Very helpful when I had a small shoe emergency on setting off for an interview. Dewi was able to sort my footwear out while I waited and I was then off with a pair of now immaculate shoes.
