I been going hear since January. I mostly do classes in the mornings. The staff are fab and all lovely and helpful.What I like most is you can go at your own pace. I enjoy going ☺️

Great gym ! Everything you need in one place. Couldn't ask for more. Currently going there for rehab following a reconstruction operation on my knee and the staff have all been fab, very friendly and caring. Great place would recommend it to anyone :)

First morning back at spin class after being on hols for a week and loved it!!! Can't beat a 6:45 gruelling from Jo Mason, brilliant class and what a way to start a Friday, as always thanks Jo!!!!

Excellent facilities and very helpful staff.

Enjoy the classes I attend great company and a chance for me to train with my Dad keeping him going and find the staff very helpful + great instructors

Absolutely lovely staff! Could do with a little bit of a refurb, but overall love it �

It's not the cleanest of places showers stink some of the equipment broke and outdated but I don't use it often only when staying up Satan's house aka the Mrs. ..you'll see a big difference when you use Cardiff leckwiths dw gym it's gleaming and your always seeing the cleaners doing something

Considering you pay more for this gym than most others its not maintained as wel as youd expect, the swimming pool is often off limits for kids swimming lessons etc and womens aerobics, steam room needs some tlc (and steam)

I've been a member of your Newport gym for several years and I must say what a sorry state it is in once again. Broken air con, broken machines,broken sauna for weeks, broken showers, toilets need I go on? You speak to the staff and managers and get blatantly lied to. What is even more alarming in the cleanliness of the place, it's filthy dirty and dangerous. The water cooling system in the facility is leaking through the roof panels in the men's changing rooms, stagnant water. The steam room does not work correctly and again holds stagnant water. Legionnaires Is known illness caused by stagnant water. I've spoken with some of the staff there and have been told you have significantly cuts down on cleaners and the hours they work and in fact said the feel sorry for the members as the management only care about increase bar and pool revenues and getting new members through the door. Even when repairs take place they are massively botched jobs. Right by the swimming pool a floor tile has been replaced with the wrong type of tile. Tiles should be non slip but you've fitted a normal tile that when wet is like stepping on ice, serious injury in the waiting. Finally the floors in the showering and leisure area of thick with filth, hair, chewing gum a absolute disgrace. I recently caught a fungal foot infection from these filthy condition as and am currently under going treatment. I've spoken to other guests who have suffered the very same, despite wearing appropriate footwear. The very same letter is being sent to Newport trading standards as these standard fall far below what should be standard.

Awful gym. Signed up for 6 months. Sent me to a debt collecting agency because I didn't pay the 7th month. Then the debt collecting agency tried to collect for 12 months and I said no. Then they rang me back saying dw lied. So they cancelled my debt. Dirty equipment. Ladies changing room private areas always shut. Steam room was closed for half of my membership. Hot tub cold a lot of the time. Disgusting company and don't know how to deal with students needs. Also student times for membership is stupid because the times your allowed to come in is when a student is normally in classes.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the staff in the sports shop, when asked if they have any England rugby tops they just laughed and said we don't sell those here, your in Wales, so by that logic no one from any of the other home nations live in Wales....... They just continued laughing the whole way through the conversation..... You should cater for the needs of everyone and not be so arrogant..... Will never use this store again!!!!!!
