In business since 2017, Dyfed Powys Wood Fuels operates across Mid, South and West Wales, supplying top quality, premium grade softwood and hardwood wood chip to domestic, agricultural and commercial biomass boiler owners. Free from harmful substances and totally natural, our wood chip is sourced from sustainable, virgin timber in forests and farmlands across Carmarthenshire and Powys. After harvesting or gathering, the resulting biomass wood chip is then force dried and screened to premium grade quality. Our team of experienced machine drivers clear pre-felled trees, diseased trees (ash and larch), hedge laying brash and coppice arisingsat little cost to the customer – and almost zero cost or damage to the surrounding environment, thanks in part to our use of machinery with low ground pressure tyres that minimise soil or sward damage. Tree shearing and wood chipping services are also on offer, for an hourly or per tonne rate.
