... At Dylan Davies we seek a new estate agent to join our successful and award winning agency in Tonteg - Church Village. The ideal candidate must have excellent face -to face communication skills combined with an excellent telephone manner. Whilst estate agency experience is ideally required, training is available for the right candidate.
You will need a mature and respectful attitude + be able to make people have confidence in you as you will be looking to work with people selling their most valuable asset.
Ideally you will know the Pontypridd and surrounding areas well and are confident & courteous when dealing with a variety of people. You don’t need to have worked in an Estate agents previously, but customer facing and/or sales experience would be suitable.
Core tasks will involve registering applicants, conducting viewings and managing the progression of sales.
Hours are Mon-Fri 9-6 with 2/3 Saturdays per month (9-5) Saturdays (with a day off during the week). You must have use of a car plus a clean driving licence.
