Found this company to be very misleading, untrustworthy, and unfit to carry out repairs adequately. Poor communication once you have handed over your money. Took 10 days to recover my vehicle and when they did they damaged the front of my vehicle. And then a further 8 days to carry out the work. There are other reviews about them where they have kept peoples vehicles for months and being abusive to customers on the phone. Very aggresive on the phone to me as well when I questioned them. Peter the workshop manager seems to be the one that does this - while the Director Steve Sugarman does a disappearing act. They advertise on their website that replacement engines are low mileage - but they cant confirm or show any documents the replacement engines actually have. When I turned up to collect my vehicle it seemed more like an upmarket scrapyard than a customer orientated garage - along with an intimidating atmosphere. Reported to Trading Standards and pending Court Action. AVOID! As a Taxi driver this is the worst garage I have ever dealt with in 15 years. Don’t be fooled by the shiny professional website they have. The Director Steve Sugarman has had similar companies dissolved in the past according to official records. AVOID!

Excellent service car picked up and delivered back to me within 7days ,new engine sounds better than the original one !

I'd like to say how professional and friendly all the staff are at epro are Steve , John ,Martin Peter , Kirk , Craig my car BMW 320d m sport was broken a dropped piston I was worried sick what to do about it I rang them up I'm from Stoke they don't know me and they put me at ease straight away I couldn't of asked for a better service they informed me all the way what they were doing with the car , they put an engine in the car , new tyres , brakes and mot my car and at a very competitive price , I'm over the moon with car it's like brand new I will definitely be going back for a service , a big thank you to Steve and John wonderful people

5 star service from the guys at E Pro, they rebuilt the engine on my f20 BMW after the timing chain snapped and gave me a courtesy car for free. Car came back driving like new. Will definitely visit again if I have engine problems. Big thanks to Peter.

Rogue traders avoid if you can

Bought a Vauxhall Corsa from E-Pro Automotive for my daughter and it came up for an MOT. A local garage failed it for several reasons. I got in touch with E-Pro, explained why it had failed and they agreed to take a look (an hour and a half's drive). They were extremely polite and very helpful and fixed the faults and MOT'd the car. They offered me a free MOT for next year; I will definitely take them up at it. What a fantastic service.
