Ease Description
I am a Swimming Teacher and Swimming Coach, a Sports Massage Therapist and an Inidan Head Massage Practicioner. I offer swim lessons for Beginners and up to competitive level (both pool and open water swimming). I can analyse your stroke, recommend & discuss drills and provide session plans for training. I work at Fishguard Leisure Centre, at Cardigan Pool andalso privately.
I offer Sports Massage & Indian Head Massage at my house or at a treatment room in Fishguard or Cardigan and also do house visits. Sports Massage is fantastic not only for sporty people as it stimulates your blood flow, increases waste removal and helps smoothen tight muscles. Indian Head massage removes upper body tension, calms the mind and relaxes your whole self.
