As well as internationally recognised certificates on my wall, I have over 25 years experience within IT and business, including IT Security, Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Social Media Marketing, Networks, Client and Server Operating Systems, Social Media, Business Management and Leadership. In other words I've been around a while and I know my stuff.

When I'm not saving the world from potential IT disasters, I'm often found in the kitchen improving my Greek recipes, or working on my cross-fit to burn off the calories from my cooking. I'm also a big science fiction watcher, grower of veggies, and love spending time with dogs.
