All ready and set up to welcome members current and new to groups today. The scales are open anytime between now and 11am. The heating and kettle are both on xx

Open as usual today. Come on and weigh at anytime between now and 1pm. New members welcome anytime xx

Today (Thursday) I am going to be opening groups earlier than usual just in case the forecast is right 😞 So for today only I’ll be opening the scales at 2pm, groups will run as normal and new members are welcome to come at any time to suit you xx

Due to the snow that forecast tomorrow (Thursday) I’ve decided to add additional groups this week. So will be opening at 3pm today (Wednesday 30th January) until 6pm, so you can come and weigh anytime between those times. New members are very welcome to come along, I’ll be going through the pack at 3pm & 4.30pm. I absolutely know that Image Therapy is key, more than ever right now, so this will start at 3.30pm & 5pm. Groups will run tomorrow as normal too.... Your safety is my priority xx
