Log cabin in progress. For this we simply concreted a slab over the existing patio. Built the frame work out of the best quality pressure treated timber money can buy. We then used acoustic insulation, and sound proofed the entire cabin using sound boards, then skimmed using plaster. Can’t wait for the log burner to go in as well. It’ll be very toasty and very quiet in there. It’ll be wrapped up soon so keep an eye out for the finished product. This entire cabin was built for £9,999 including the sound proofing, log burner And twin wall flue system supply and installation, hetas certificate, 2 windows a brand new multi point locking UPVC door, new fencing around the cabin and a brand new gate and that includes the VAT to boot.

Another one done and dusted. The up and down lights are an amazing addition to any of our extensions. For this one we also built a WC area in the corner to give Andy, Bethan and the kids a much needed extra shower, sink and toilet. All work carried out in house, including - design, building regs application, plumbing, electrics, all new drainage work including moving a man hole. Very happy with how this one turned out. We built off the existing patio walls, reused the pvc doors and window. Then built steps and a large decking area to make up for the lost patio space. In 10 working days we have removed the old conservatory, brick walls, concrete footings, dug down a metre deep through quarry stone , removed 20 tons of stone and earth, laid our concrete footings, blocked up to damp course, prepared and laid the internal slab, dug a soak away, installed the timber Carcass and cavity trays, and got the extension felt and battened.... another 2 weeks and it will be finished. All carried out by our team, We always use the grab hire service from the guys at CS Landscape Gardening & Tree Services who removed 20 tons of stone and wet mud in an hour and swept up the driveway would highly recommend them for landscaping and their grab hire service.

A customer wanted us to do some extra work and lay a patio which we didn’t have time to do before Xmas unfortunately, but Ryan volunteered to work weekends, he renewed the fence and laid the patio all by him self.
