I am an independent professional hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

My qualifications include BSc Psychology (Hons), MA Criminology & Criminal Justice, Diploma Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills, FETC.

I work with phobias, addictions, esteem /confidence, stress /anxiety public speaking, weight-loss, pain management and a range of other issues.

Hypnotherapy uses the power of suggestion within the subconscious mind. These suggestions work to make positive changes within the client.
