Amongst all this madness, this new life makes me very happy. Sadly it's looking more & more unlikely that we'll be able to open this weekend. We feel we could easily operate as strictly takeaway/drive by only but the well being of our staff & our community is at the forefront of our minds, with the risk factor growing day by the day. I'm going to focus this time on building our polytunnel & growing loads of nourishing salad, herbs & veg for when we're back up & running. Hopefully sooner rather than later. Sending lots of love to our community & everyone going through these tough times. Stay strong, stay healthy & look after one & other.

Hey guys we have had to make the hard decesion to delay opening next week. We feel that it is the responsible thing to do at this time considering the uncertainty that surrounds us. We are putting a plan of action into play as we'd hate to let our following down, plus the Chicas are keen to get back in the kitchen. So please let us know if the support is there for us to reopen & as a community we can ride out this storm together.

We're busy getting the place looking fresh for opening day. Less than 2 weeks to go!! We've got the mighty @miss.pot.tea.jayde back in to help revamp the hallway with some beautiful vibrant Mexican colour & Aztec designs. El Salsa is becoming a little art gallery in itself 😁🖌️🎨

Back on home Turf. One of the main things I miss when traveling is being able to cook, so it's always nice to get back to my kitchen. Anyways this year we want to bring you more sweet offerings on a regular basis. Testing out some raw superfood energy balls made from lots of organic goodness, Hemp, cacao, walnuts, dates, almod butter. Really tasty & a great little pick me up. We love eating for health as much as pleasure.
