elderfit is very good for older people to get more confidence in their own strength, balance and also it's good for your mental health, and it's also a lot of fun, would recommend it for everybody give it a go all welcome it would be nice to see you.

My nan suffered a fall a few years back which really dented her confidence. I saw this advertised and convinced her to give it a go. She loved the sessions and try's to go every week now. She's already feeling the benefits and has made several new friends. Can't recommend this highly enough

My Mum (Pat, 79) has been coming to your Whitchurch class since the middle of last year. It has made such a difference physically and has also been a great way of having some fun and meeting new people. So impressed and can't thank you enough. Looking forward to meeting you with her on the Elderfit walk!

I love this class, I've been discharged from my physiotherapist since doing the classes it's built my confidence and it's great fun....everyone should try it!

Hi folks. Just want to say I've been coming to Elderfit for 12 months and I'm thrilled with how much stronger and confident I feel in my balance , body and especially my legs! It's also great to meet with a group of likeminded men and women working at our own pace in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The encouragement and motivation from our instructors Gareth and Tom is fantastic - "hold that wall sit a few seconds longer" , "lift that knee higher" !!! ���� Keep the classes going guys. The older I get the more I'll need them!! Sue X

Great new fitness classes targeted specifically at older people to reduce the risk of health problems and injury in later life. I have noticed the results in my grandparents after only a few sessions. Would Definately recommend them.

Good class , feeling a lot more mobile. Since attending classes

Big improvements to my flexibility of movement, can now rise from a chair without pressing down with hands. My balance is also improving, am delighted with results

Been going since the start look forward to my section with Gareth. Feeling very tired after 1 hour but it is starting to help me accomplish my goal. Thank you.

A great facility for those of us getting older and not as flexible as we were - nice people that run it and good to spend some time with others who are creaking a bit!
