Our less than a year old Samsung TV bought from Tesco Direct had a picture fault and as this was still insured, it was collected by Electronic Services in Fforestfach and taken to their repair outlet. Every step of the way they informed us via text what was happening with it, which was really good. From being collected to getting repaired took around 2 weeks, so not too bad, but a great service in the end and the telly is back to being perfect again!

Awful service. My tumble dryer was due to be fitted with a modified part after a hotpoint recall.An "engineer" arrived from ES to install the part.My wife showed that the dryer was working as requested,he then made a start to fit the new part.He then removed some previously repaired wiring,claimed that he could not fit the part as a result and packed away his tools and made a sharp exit,leaving my machine broken.Contacted ES,spoke to a nice lady who assured me that the engineer would phone me to explain why,three weeks later nothing.Contacted hotpoint they repaired my machine claiming the ES engineer "clueless". Would not recommend this company
