I am a personal trainer based at PB Performance Cardiff. I offer 1-2-1 personal training services, group training and online coaching at affordable prices that guarantee results! I have experience in fat loss, muscle gain and injury rehab and glute gains.

100kg squats
-not much weight wise compared to most people no, but first time in about 3 years I’ve been able to squat 100kg without having severe back pain -I had to strip down the weight, practice technique, fix my imbalances such as tight hamstrings, weak glutes, tight hip flexors and erector spinae muscles -now I can currently hit 100kg comfortably again, and will go on to progress from here week by week

How many of you moan that you can’t afford personal training but have unnecessary expenses. Don’t get me wrong you need to live life and it’s about enjoying your life. But some expenses are ridiculous, and can be controlled by switching to cheaper alternatives, and if you really want it you should prioritise

Even though you might moan about it every time you look in the mirror' 😐😐 . Even though you spend a fortune on meals out, coffee and alcohol each week.. 🤔 . ☕️ you buy yourself a Starbucks every day, £3 x 5 = £15 a week! £60 per month 😵 . What if you have 2 per day? Plus a snack! . 🥂🍾 you may drink 2 bottles of wine per week = £16 (at least) monthly total £60+ 🥘🍲 . With that wine comes the takeaways = £20 a time maybe, or per week. Total £80+ a month . You go for a night out and have: 💄Makeup done = £40 💅🏽 Nails done = £20 New outfit & a bag 💼 etc . It’s so easy to spend £100 before you night your night out even begins, that’s not including your alcohol 🍺 . 🔥Maybe you smoke. 1 pack of Fags costs £8.50, 2 packs per week = £15 Per month =£78 . We hear soooooo many excuses daily, that when you break them down, you probably spend out a lot more than you’ve realised on non essential items. . If you chose to afford all the above things, yet daily moan about your body shape and inability to change something that’s making you unhappy then your priorities are wrong. . Would totally recomend ellis to anyone who's looking to achieve results in short time. I've been having PT sessions with ellis which were really helpful and motivating , gained my confidence alot. He explains every exercise perfectly and pushes you hard throughout the sets , which is really good. So, if anyone looking to do PT sessions then you should deffo speak to ellis.
