�Today me and my mum daddy and little sister who is only 14 which shouldn't have to whiteness it, wr where in ards extra Tesco and we went down to the alcohol last thing i remember was staring at my sister to try and tell her am havin a seizure next thing am bein held up and bein put in a wheelchair and then i came out of my seizure i cud hear all these voices but there was one women in front of me she she was very very helpful and am very greatful i just want to say thankyou so much because u didnt need to come over it so nice to so that there is still nice people out there, i wud like people to share this to say think u again to her cuz i never really did say thanks she had a elysium hoodie i dont no if she works there or goes there she has blonde hair and glasses please share �also thanks to everyone in tescos.

So after being a member of other gyms, I had my first day as a member in Elysium today. Have to say it's the first time I've walked into a new gym and felt instantly comfortable and at home. Moving over has been the best decision. Great equipment and nice people! Looking forward to it becoming my second home

Love this gym. No messing about, everybody is there to workout. No posing just good old fashion workout. Everybody is very friendly and willing to help. If you want a personal trainer ask for Rachel she is a brilliant Personal Trainer

Love elysium, I have been here 2 years now and it is a Fab gym, great equipment and fab personal trainers! Always someone there to get advice from! Great gym love it! You will get great results here I did!

I don't like going into gyms due to confidence etc glad i built courage up to go, i love this place everyone friendly and helpful,and have started working with PT Gillian Bradley who has made me feel very comfortable an believe i will get best results. �

I called in while working in Bangor to avoid the traffic and get a see's ion in before work. The staff were friendly and helpful there from early in the morning. The gym has a good amount of cardio machines, a huge range of plate loaded machines and also power racks and an area for strong man training and classes too. It must be the first gym I've been in where all the plates are in order and where they should be (can this really be true?!) lots of space and was able to enjoy a quick hours training before work. Would recommend.

Having worked in Co Down for a huge part of my life in the Fitness industry, it's great to see the Elysium gym Bangor available to people who are serious about exercise & well being ! The facilities are excellent & personal service is of the highest quality ! Experience is hard to beat when it comes to training & if u have targets or goals that u want to get to the trainers will get u there ! People make gyms,atmosphere ect it's alright having fancy equipment but if u don't have the proper trades men showing u how to use it then how can u gain perfection !

Great gym. I had the best time here and so much good help and advice. Was sorry to have to leave due to moving location. No problem with cancel my membership because i follow the correct process and emailed my Notice to quit. 30 Days.

I will be back here to train when i can. Thank you guys :)

Been to several gyms trying to get fit & loose weight & this gym is the best by far! Filled with staff and clients that are there to keep fit & not to pose. Unlike other gyms personal trainers are fitness & nutrition experts & in great shape themselves, not just put there to give u a boring programme on machines. Can't recommend gillian Bradley enough as a trainer & Daniel ricketts amazing nutrition advice. Love it!!! Great atmosphere!!

Amazing! Feel so comfortable in this gym and everyone is so so friendly! Don't even mind coming on my own which I never liked to do in other gyms!

After a bad couple of years and losing confidence and interest in life generally, i finally got the courage up to join a gym again. On recommendation of a friend i started training with daniel ricketts. I havent looked back. Everyone is kind and friendly and helpful. After 5 weeks on the right diet and training regularly i have already noticed a huge difference. I am probably the leanest i have ever been in my life, just need to build some muscles lol. I highly recommend daniel and his team, wouldnt go anywhere else.

Absolutely love the place and have a great p.t in the rock adam Wilson walked in like a skinny wee boy and he's got me back in great shape
