We love Emerald Vet Group! Brian is an amazing vet who is all about the animals and not about the money. No unnecessary treatment or procedures here! The waiting area is clean and plenty of seating for the inevitable waits (he's very popular and the only vet in the practice!). He cares for large and small animals and is supported by a team of lovely ladies who run the show and assist. It's like cutting off my nose to spite my face, as more clients means longer waiting, but I can't recommend this practice highly enough. Monday to Saturday morning surgery is non appointment, but Mon-Fri evenings are appointment only.

really bad customer service the receptionists lied to the vets about what is going on they refused to treat the animal after the animal got a infection after there vet gave the operation then lied to bryan the vet saying I refuse to pay the bill when nothing like that was said. when I said I need the passport back to travel to another vet to get treatment they said no you cant have the passport back to take him to another vet. be very careful when using these deal directly with the vet not the receptionists because they will lie to you and to the vet

Superb service .Brian the vet is very caring and takes time to explain everything. The staff are also very kind and caring.

These are the best vet practice I have ever come across they have been amazing with my German shepherd dogs and there staff are amazing to thank you so much will always use this practice as they are the best and will highly recommend them

Words cannot describe this practice. Our dogs and cat receive the best treatment possible. Time and good sense explanations help the humans too.

Been to a few vets over the years as we have a lot of animals. Emerald are one of the best and now we stick with them. Staff are exceptional and service impeccable. Easy to deal with and really helpful. One of our dogs can be a bit funny at the vet but we never have any issue bringing him here.
