Emma Quick Counselling - Swansea/Caerphilly

An Integrative counsellor /psychotherapist /trainer /workshop facilitator. Based in Swansea & Hengoed (Caerphilly). I offer individual and couples counselling, training courses and Self-awareness workshops.

I am a qualified ‘Integrative’ counsellor /psychotherapist, which means my knowledge, tools, techniques and experience encompasses psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive behavioural therapy. I am also training as a mindfulness practitioner. I can therefore tailor my approach to suit your individual needs and wishes.

I am an approachable, compassionate, trustworthy and ethically minded counsellor; who offers a safe, confidential environment for us to collaboratively explore your individual concerns and experiences and work towards the change or acceptance you desire. I’ve held counselling positions within Newport Community Counselling Service (NCCS), Cancer Information Services and Support (CISS) and my own private practice working with individuals and organisations. I am also a counselling Researcher within NCCS.
