Food was good a a good price. Advertised as a buffet which the starters were. You then order your main meal which was good and tasty. If you want more all you have to do is ask and behold it appears but not on the bill. Sweets were a bit lacking but adequate

Shameful!!! Would not recommend to anyone, went with the family. Our bill came to £125, 2 children aged 1 and 5 whom only had a starter (a few nuggets) and pudding no main, which is all you can eat and we were charged full child price. The adults only had 1 main each so expensive for what we had. Should of just had a takeaway from local chinese instead. We were rushed and felt very uncomfortable. Targeted to tourists that know no better!! Shameful do not visit other places in Llandudno a lot better prices and service!!

The food was lovely....however we felt very rushed, no time to finish what we were eating before staff were asking if we had finished and if we had chosen our main meal from the menu. When we finished the main meal we were told twice within a couple of mins to help ourselves to deserts. As soon as we sat down with the deserts they arrived with the bill. The coke cola was warm and flat too. I understand this is a buffet style Restraunt so not for sitting there all evening but to be rushed and hovered over like this is very off putting....such a shame as the food really was nice

This was the most revolting Chinese food I have ever eaten in my life. I ordered food that I have always enjoyed but when I ate it here I struggled to stomach it. Within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant I vomited. My partner and our son were both complaining of a bad stomach for a few hours afterwards.
They also tried to charge us £17 for 3 drinks. The lady happily rectified the mistake, but had I not checked the bill properly then nothing would have been done about it.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

We have been visiting this place for over 5 years every time we stay in Llandudno. The price has gone up from £9.99 to £12.99 per person, which for all you can eat is not unreasonable. A main meal from any take away is about £6 so get real people. The starters also cater for children, hence nuggets and the like. But there is also a good selection of Chinese food. We have always found it to be hot and plenty of it, also good quality. As for service it has always been good, yes fast paced it's a buffet. Go to a normal restaurant if you want to spend all night in a place. The mains are made to order unlike other places that could have been sat there ages, so much better. OK perhaps sometimes they have an off day and the drinks are expensive but we have never had a problem in all the years we have been going, remember folks if you don't say something at the time how can they do anything about it!

My experience at this restaurant was so shameful. Me and my friends arrived, sat at our table and began to have starters, when the fire brigade turned up. They had to evacuate the building, which is fair enough, but the restaurant owner was handing out bills to everyone and even asked us to pay in full for our "meal"! We were so outraged.. we ended up paying for WAY more than what we actually received (1 small plate of starters) when really, they should have been apoligising to customers and maybe start handing out comps - not charging them when there is a possible fire!

We weren't allowed back in and we really wished we didn't give them any money as it was in our rights not to. Such terrible customer relations on their part. I know they're a business and have to make money at the end of the day but to charge a customer for a full meal when they have just arrived?

Turned up here and should of left when the waiter said we are full but I will try and put pressure on some tables to leave. The starters are not even Chinese! Onion rings, breaded southern fried chicken and sausages! Then to top it off before you have finished they are trying to collect your plates. We received the bill while we were all eating our desert! They just want to rush you in and out and the food isn't great but the customer service is appalling.
