I have only joined the gym this week as I was always to scared but I’ve never felt so welcomed xx great manager and over all great place x no need to be scared to ask for help as someone will always give you advice xx super glad I’ve joined xx

Feel really comfortable at energise. Staff are really nice & helpful!

Fab gym, fab staff. Nothing too much trouble! You dont need a personal trainer when these guys are around, especially Jon because he will demonstrate and observe you through a whole work out. Dont make you feel uncomfortable at all. Also the sun bed is the best Iv had. Too good to be honest. Had 12 mins tonight and im sleeping with an ice pack on my neck and have burnt bum cheeks to say the least. Happy gyming
