I would like to say a huge thank you to Shaun Ennis and all the team for the excellent job carried out on our caravan due to water damage the job was carried out excellently and we were kept up to date with everything that was going on, we even went down to see it all stripped out and in a very sorry state. Shaun did a fantastic job in getting a new window and dealt very professionally with the insurance company which was a massive weight off our shoulders the end result is that we've now got our caravan back after some very extensive repair work and it looks absolutely fantastic

I would like to say a big thank you to Shaun and the team for the excellent job they have done in repairing our caravan following an accident on the Isle of Wight back in August. After the caravan was recovered to their yard Shaun dealt with the insurance company, the loss adjusters and the suppliers and coordinated the repair in a very professional manner keeping us updated throughout. The end result is that we've now got the van back after some very extensive repair work and it looks as good as new. Thanks guys

We collected our new Compass casita 866 last night and nothing is too much hassle for them. Shaun did the handover at a time that suited us and it was nearly 9pm when we left. What other companies would do that? This is the second van that we've bought from Ennis and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Fantastic family business run by genuine people. Can't wait to take the caravan for its first outing!

Absolutely love our upgrade. We brought our new caravan baby home this afternoon. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase. Every member of staff we came across were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Unfortunately I Can not recommend Ennis Caravans high enough on here. It should be a 10 star � rating not 5. Happy customers.

Really disappointed with Ennis after sales service. Bought a caravan last summer, when we were buying it they couldn't be helpful enough. Yet our caravan has been in for repair since April 7 the and we STILL haven't got it back, despite them reassuring us we would have it for the summer. We moved to England in July and had booked several sites...we've lost the deposits on those and not been able to go on holiday all the summer �. I do feel 5 and a half months for a repair is unreasonable. The communication from Ennis is poor. We regularly phone for check ups for progress and always get told we will get a call back, more often than not we don't and we have to keep chasing them up. They have ignored our last call over a week ago, again promising someone would call back, and no ones responded to our email �. Waste of money as camping season is almost over and I'm back in school.

I would like to say how disappointed I am with the way in which you have treated my elderly parents during the last week over their purchase of their brand new caravan. Your failure to reach deadlines and keep promises has lead to upset and health problems for my parents at what should have been an exciting time for them ! In yet you are quick enough to advertise you business by putting Ennis stickers over their caravan.

I have NEVER had to write a bad review, if I have had any issues with anything it has always been resolved but the level of service I have received off Ennis by Tina and Emma has been appauling. We purchased a brand new van 2 years ago which we are more than happy with the Swift caravan but more the service by ennis. With several issues in the first few months and hours of wasted phone calls, still 2 years on when we call with a possible issue we are experiencing the level of service is shambolic. They say they are a family run business but NEVER in my life have i come across a family run business with such poor client care. No matter who we speak with they all speak the same attitude and clearly have the worst company culture for a family run business. I bought a brand new van which I am told some parts of the van are only 12 month warranty and after reading my actual swift warranty this is in fact a complete lie and parts of my van is under a 3 year warranty. I was advised by ennis to contact an independent caravan repairs company and if it is work that needs doing under warranty they won't pay the independant company until Ennis has been paid by the warranty company? How can this be morally right, the company they put me intouch with is an independent company and cannot wait for payment through warranty this should be Ennis's dealings not mine and an independent company to chase the warranty. I will never purchase anything from Ennis again and I hope they sort out their company ethos and culture and also I hope they sort out my caravan or I will be seeking legal advice once again regarding their act of sales.

Shaun did a fantastic job in getting a new window and dealt very professionally with the insurance company which was a massive weight off our shoulders the end result is that we've now got our caravan back after some very extensive repair work and it looks absolutely fantastic

I would like to say a big thank you to Shaun and the team for the excellent job they have done in repairing our caravan following an accident on the Isle of Wight back in August. After the caravan was recovered to their yard Shaun dealt with the insurance company, the loss adjusters and the suppliers and coordinated the repair in a very professional manner keeping us updated throughout. The end result is that we've now got the van back after some very extensive repair work and it looks as good as new. Thanks guys

I would just like to say a huge thank you to all at Ennis especially Shaun, Jo and Doug who not only treats us like customers but as friends. We collected our new Compass casita 866 last night and nothing is too much hassle for them. Shaun did the handover at a time that suited us and it was nearly 9pm when we left. What other companies would do that? This is the second van that we've bought from Ennis and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Fantastic family business run by genuine people. Can't wait to take the caravan for its first outing!

Absolutely love our upgrade. We brought our new caravan baby home this afternoon. We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase. Every member of staff we came across were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Unfortunately I Can not recommend Ennis Caravans high enough on here. It should be a 10 star � rating not 5. Happy customers.

Really disappointed with Ennis after sales service. Bought a caravan last summer, when we were buying it they couldn't be helpful enough. Yet our caravan has been in for repair since April 7 the and we STILL haven't got it back, despite them reassuring us we would have it for the summer. We moved to England in July and had booked several sites...we've lost the deposits on those and not been able to go on holiday all the summer �. I do feel 5 and a half months for a repair is unreasonable. The communication from Ennis is poor. We regularly phone for check ups for progress and always get told we will get a call back, more often than not we don't and we have to keep chasing them up. They have ignored our last call over a week ago, again promising someone would call back, and no ones responded to our email �. Waste of money as camping season is almost over and I'm back in school.

I would like to say how disappointed I am with the way in which you have treated my elderly parents during the last week over their purchase of their brand new caravan. Your failure to reach deadlines and keep promises has lead to upset and health problems for my parents at what should have been an exciting time for them ! In yet you are quick enough to advertise you business by putting Ennis stickers over their caravan.

I have NEVER had to write a bad review, if I have had any issues with anything it has always been resolved but the level of service I have received off Ennis by Tina and Emma has been appauling. We purchased a brand new van 2 years ago which we are more than happy with the Swift caravan but more the service by ennis. With several issues in the first few months and hours of wasted phone calls, still 2 years on when we call with a possible issue we are experiencing the level of service is shambolic. They say they are a family run business but NEVER in my life have i come across a family run business with such poor client care. No matter who we speak with they all speak the same attitude and clearly have the worst company culture for a family run business. I bought a brand new van which I am told some parts of the van are only 12 month warranty and after reading my actual swift warranty this is in fact a complete lie and parts of my van is under a 3 year warranty. I was advised by ennis to contact an independent caravan repairs company and if it is work that needs doing under warranty they won't pay the independant company until Ennis has been paid by the warranty company? How can this be morally right, the company they put me intouch with is an independent company and cannot wait for payment through warranty this should be Ennis's dealings not mine and an independent company to chase the warranty. I will never purchase anything from Ennis again and I hope they sort out their company ethos and culture and also I hope they sort out my caravan or I will be seeking legal advice once again regarding their act of sales.
