Wonderful sharing platter for 2 this evening. Great food, wonderful service. Some interesting alternatives on the specials board tonight, seafood lasagne and Cod and Prawn Laksa. I was tempted but had to go with the old favourite. Next Time!

Well worth waiting for... after a lovely day in Llandudno we called at Enochs on our way home to Manchester... the best fish and chips ever! 😀

Visited for the first time this evening , the place was spotlessly clean , all staff were working very hard , could tell they have all been properly trained , nothing was too much trouble the food was absolutely delicious, my great auntie said it was the nicest fish she had ever tasted , we will definitely recommend and be back ..

Third visit and we live 100 miles away. Nice batter, lovely fish. Only thing that could make it better is for the chips to be cooked just a bit longer, but that's just personal preference.

Stopped for a family tea after seeing all the great reviews and pictures �

Fantastic fish and chips and my eldest grandson is loving his t shirt! Can I suggest you do them in kids sizes, I will be your first customer(for about 5 of them if you do �)

Called in Sunday teatime, had a lovely seat by the window. The place was full within 10 minutes. Lovely and clean. Attentive service straight away. The girls on duty were excellent, came over and asked was every thing ok as we were eating. We both had fish, chips, peas with a pot of tea for two. ..delicious and was enough for both of us. Excellent and will call again...we left a tip for the excellent service.

Amazing. Best fish and chip shop out there. Consistently excellent.

Always lovely - eat in or takeaway. I love the different fish they do too. It's a lovely bonus to have the option on mackeral or something other than cod and haddock!

We visited on Saturday evening, I’ve had better chips but probably the best battered cod I’ve ever had, really superb and very attentive and happy staff. For a large portion I thought it was very good value for money.

Not impressed tonight at all.. We place big orders wen we come.. Over £30 ones.. And tonight we felt like we wer intruders �wer told our order was big and it was busy.. Then the food was thrown on trays.. We wer huffed at because we wanted some of the food with the sauce on top instead of pots.. (which some people actually prefer) then once we'd basically been rushed out because they wer confused with the order we got all the way home to find people missing things.. Not good.. It was simple orders like sausage chips and peas on a tray.. Etc yet we couldn't have our sausages in with our chips which confused even more on what we ordered!! But apart from missing food and feeling like we were intruding by placing an order because it got "busy" after we had paid.. The food was lovely �

As a regular customer we were surprised to say the least tonight when we opened our 2 boxes of takeaway fish and chips....the portions were to say less than a childs.. 2 very very small fish and you could literally count the few chips !!!!

Visited with the family this evening, what a costly trip!! No gluten free options, fair enough, but was assured the chips were. The tiniest portion ever, especially when compared to the huge portion they served the children. Charged three pounds for a small bowl. Partner then asked for chips to go with his chicken burger, came in a glass size container, no bigger than a can of coke, this was two pounds. Sounds petty, but when a chippy tea for five has just cost 50 pounds, it's somewhere I certainly won't be going to again. Terrible value for money, bad choice for a family tea.

Possibly the worst chips and service I've ever seen!!! One of the doors locked so everyone entering and leaving the same door of the take away section. No nuggets, no pies!!! Asked if we could have vinegar on firsts to which A very Rude girl answered 'yea that's what we do here.' Then when we actually got chips they weren't cooked through and had little or practically no salt or vinegar at all! Chips were awful!!!! Won't be hurrying back!!!

I've never left a review this low , I have contacted Danny regarding the issues that came up however he would not meet me . Basically my sister has multiple sclerosis and is a wheelchair user , my father and mother decided to treat her to a chippy supper , sat in the car ect . My dad ordered 2portions of fish chips and peas , as my disabled sister has a teeny appetite , he explained this to the girl behind the counter and asked if she could kindly split some of the portion off for my sister , they refused to do this it isn't their policy . I was surprised and thought the staff may have been mistaken so I messaged Danny , he was to the point and said they stood by their policy , he refused to meet up and discuss the reasons behind this policy , as I cant understand why this was such a difficult thing to do , costing enochs a piece of chip wrapper and a bit of time to look after a pensioner and his disabled daughter .
