Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I returned the car to Milford received from Birmingham airport. Car damaged, dirty and unfit for hire. Not sure whether Enterprise are incompetent or intentionally trying to rip me off. disgusting customer service! I am a frequent car hire user, globally. Enterprise are by far the worst company that I have ever had this misfortune of using.
One star rating as it won't let me give you zero!!!

Be careful and read the small print when agreeing hire, £35 for admin fee for passing my information onto a Traffic team. It's totally unjustified and unreasonable amount for doing nothing. They lifted a finger and costed £35! They make money from you anyway they can!

Waiting to collect us at the station when we arrived on time and dropped us off again on completion of the hire. All the admin done painlessly and without fuss.

We hired a van from them and they tried to charge us for a dent in the door that was so old it had rusted. Take lots of pictures before you take a vehicle from here.
