We had to arrange a car rental at short notice due to family illness the staff at llandudno junction where all great quick pick up from my hotel to their office fantastic service had me homeward bound in no time very friendly helpful staff

100% recommended. A previous client failed to return the van which we were hiring the following day so they paid a local van hire company to supply us with a van. The deal cost them a considerably sum of money as it was such sort notice.

regardless of how competitive their price is I will always use enterprise in the future as I am confident they will go the extra mile for their customers.

Staff picked us up and offered to help with the bags once we reached the office to pick up the car.

Hired a van in February, no problem except our deposit was not returned for over a week. Booked another van in March, arrived to collect as usual to be told that we can not have it due to a new computer system (!) complained to head office and no joy there either. Terrible service and a waste of our time and money. Customer service ZERO

Needed to hire a car for work, sorted everything out online in the morning at 8am for a 12 noon pick up. Got a phonecall around 9 to say the car was no longer available so was offered an alternative, arrived at 12 to hear they can't hire me a car as for whatever reason their system was unregistered at my address despite having driving licence, passport and bills with my address on as proof of ID. No idea why their system refused me as it's been my only address for 20 years, could a computer check take place before customers arrive?
