Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The people at Enterprise Swansea are WONDERFUL! SO pleasant, helpful, and easy to deal with. They handled my rental extension seamlessly.

Very polite staff and as always will pick you up. Very easy online booking service and car is always clean and ready for collection. Staff will talk you through the car features if required.

The member of staff who arranged my car hire, was very professional and helpful. I specifically requested a Ford Focus, and that is what I got.

On returning the vehicle, a lift was arranged for me in to the centre of Swansea. A young female member of staff drove me into town. The young lady was also very professional and helpful.

It was a pleasure to deal with this office, and would recommend them to friends and family.

On collecting the car, the sales person was extremely helpful and showed me round the car to make sure I understood everything. Some of the sales staff there though need to be educated a little more in customer service as some of the attitude I experienced when I had queries on things I had mistakenly left in the vehicle left a lot to be desired!!

Have been hiring cars regularly from the branch and based on my experience would recommend the business to others without any reservation.

Very professional and helpful, but whole experience had a dark cloud looming over it of "if you slightly scratched the van we're gonna screw you for £1000's". I was pushed to get additional insurance which was the cost of a days rent all over again. Yes, £50 extra so that if I did damage the van I'd only have to pay £250 excess rather than £1250. You'd think they wouldn't supply you with a van which might break down, and if it did, you'd think they'd sort that for you... right? I guess not. Only if you pay an additional £75 for a van which costs £48 a day to hire. Madness.

Having tried to call and book a car, gone through the automated menu and then had the phone pick up and put down twice, wasn't really that keen on ringing a third time. Sorry.

Great experience. Kris is a complete champion and helped us immensely. Would highly recommend
