Lovely little airport, easy access to all facilities, efficient security with no delays (when I flew anyway :))

The deals are better than Cardiff central but as I was flying into Cardiff airport but not leaving from there it does mean you spend a journey on a bus to get there. But the price makes it worth it.

They were fantastic. They picked me up from my house in the car that I would be taking, they were all super friendly (one even asked me if I wanted a coffee when he went for a coffee run). The whole process was quick, and easily understandable with the T&C's of the car. Thank you Enterprise :)

Absolutely shocking service I was told that the car had significant damage. It was dropped off out of hours and there was no damage to the vehicle. When I requested photographic evidence and a quote for the repairs they could not supply it as the vehicle was back on the road within 2 hrs . I have challenged them and not had a reply . They have asked for 1000 pounds. BEWARE MAJOR SCAM

Great and friendly staff, enjoyed the cup of coffee whilst waiting, only had to wait because I arrived earlier than expected.
