I had a free pick up service in the town and nick arrived on time. Very friendly and exeptional customer service through out and he showed me round the car and all the gadgetry inside.

Good prices, helpful. Suggest buying top-up insurance online if you want to save money. Although prices include cdw, there is a hefty excess and doesn't cover tyres, windscreen etc. As with most rental companies, extra insurance is an important revenue stream. . I paid less than £2 day to reduce excess to zero buying from a third party online. Unlike some rental companies, they don't take an excessive deposit as punishment.

Hire car arranged by the AA following a breakdown. These guys went out of their way to give a very good service in a pleasant and professional manner. Very helpful and accommodating. Busy office which can cause a few delays if staff are elsewhere but apart from that, no complaints at all.
