Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The service was second to none! Extremely pleased.

This was my third occasion: they are always really helpful and friendly.

The car was available on time. I also had an upgrade for free which made me delighted as there was more room for everyone.

I was amazed to find that the car had no rear parking sensors, and more amazed that I was not informed of this when it was delivered.
By todays standards, that is an accident waiting to happen, especially if the driver is not informed. I am sure, like me, most drivers would expect sensors on any hire car.
In fact, I am amazed that it is possible to actually buy a car without them :(

Friendly staff and no waiting.

Was told by our insurance company that Enterprise would be supplying our courtesy car. Picked it up and paid for a weeks insurance. Drove it the 20 miles home. Next day theres a call from the same insurance company saying that we werent allowed a courtesy car (contrary to our policy) and that we would have to pay enterprise for it. Enterprise wanted an extortionate sum and the cost of a full tank, approx. 80 quid. Took eight months to sort out and recover our costs. Enterprise never even apologised for overcharging us and were at times extremely rude in emails and on the phone. Poor customer service and management is clueless.
