London is a great city with some amazing history and technology, but some people may not understand what it is like to be sensitive to sounds and ambiences. I can't go to busy cities like that on my own, since I realised panic attacks occur often in me, because I feel that my head hurts so much, as there are so many people around me, and I feel that I can't breathe. I completely understand what this amazing lady goes through, although it's upsetting that she has had to think she has to wear her disability on a badge. My favourite saying is 'Never judge a book by it's cover' - that's what the world can come to. #LetsBeatMentalHealth #BeKind #ASmileMakesAnyonesDay

Looking back on some memories on my FB and coming across this post reminds me that, I know so many people who have a mental health problem and you could never have a scooby doo whether they have it or not! People may hide it, but its always there. I would like to introduce myself, if you don't know me already, I'm Beth, my idea of Episodes has been with me since my first ever performance at uni - now I've graduated, fingers crossed in the nearby future, it will be on its feet and helping others with mental health problems and use drama to make others confident. My family and friends are incredibly supportive and thrilled to see a theatre company grow far in South Wales. For now, I'm living in the Lake District as my financial situation is a little Rock bottom at the moment, but once I'm back on my feet - Episodes will be coming to all in South Wales, so watch out! #LetsBeatMentalHealth #TheatreOfEpisodes
