Equal Education Recruitment:

We introduce candidates to daily supply, short-term, long-term and permanent positions in schools across Wales, in England and internationally. We deliver CPD training to support staff and teachers and leadership training to schools' senior leaders.

Equal Education Partnerships

We work closely with the public sector and education institutions to form innovative, high impact partnerships with higher education institutions around the world, all with the intention of supporting learners to exceed expectations and reach their full potential.

We currently manage international partnerships and collaborations for the Welsh Government's Seren Network with the Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) summer programme at Yale University USA and the Yale Center in Beijing (China) as well as the Harvard Summer School at Harvard University (USA). In 2019, 53 A Level students from across Wales attended the Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) and Harvard Summer School programmes (in the USA and China) with full scholarships as a result of our collaborations.

Furthermore, we're delivering the Welsh Government's partnership with the MIT Global Teaching Labs (GTL) 2020, which is set to expand to four times the 2019 pilot with 12 instructors from MIT delivering workshops to pupils across all of Wales in January 2020.
