I'm passionate about taking lessons from Nature on how we can best look after both ourselves and the animals in our lives.

Exploring how animals live in the wild gives us so much information about the type of food, environment and lifestyle they need to keep them healthy.

Nature provides us with a rich abundance of health giving nutritious food and also with rest and healing for our minds and souls.

I love exploring all of this and seeing how it can be applied in any individual's situation. There is no 'one size fits all', we are each unique, and I believe that this adds to the rich tapestry of our adventure.
